Excel Reach via Microsoft 365
Excel’s distribution is closely tied to Microsoft 365. In Microsoft’s FY2026 Q2 earnings call (Jan 28, 2026), Microsoft said paid Microsoft 365 commercial seats grew 6% year-over-year to over 450 million.
